The Queensland Police Service Entrance Assessment (QPSea) forms one component in a series of recruitment gateways used to determine suitability for entry level recruit roles within the QPS. It is administered by the Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER) on behalf of QPS.

Before applying to become a police recruit, you must have successfully completed the QPS Entrance Assessment (QPSea), delivered on behalf of QPS by the Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER), OR meet one of the exemption criteria. Please refer to the QPS website for further information.

FIRST STEP:

The QPS is waiving QPSea testing fees for eligible recruit applicants. If you are eligible, please email QPS Recruiting to request a voucher code. You can undertake the assessment at certain venues or remotely from anywhere in the world.

There is an expectation that you will book the assessment in a timely manner, and if you are successful, be able to immediately apply to become a police officer.
